  Abysmal service from Johnson's Dry Cleaners. I came in wanting my suit to be dry cleaned using their special "Executive Service" and wanted to have to it picked up that day. They took my money up front which I was reluctant to do at first but then she said it will be easier when you come to pick it up. After leaving, I had a very bad feeling but ignored it.
  
  I came to pick it up and everything seemed fine until I got it home. I found that my spare buttons had been taken, found a random yellow hanger in my bag, button loop for pocket pulled, suit buttons loose and one of the trouser buttons missing. I checked the suit before I took it them and it wasn't in that state.
  
  I complained about the service to their customer services and they said we can't say anything until we see it. WTF? Now they are trying to lie their way out of £18.49 for just getting my suit dry cleaned. How difficult can it be to dry clean a suit and leave it in the condition it arrived in! I have taken many other items to be dry cleaned in other laundrettes and they come back in original condition but cleaner.
  
  Avoid at all costs, try the independent dry cleaners instead they are usually better than chains and probably have better standards.
